Happy New Year and welcome to your new home- Steam! We are so stoked to be back, and as a thank you for joining us you will receive credits to unlock your favorite Merc for our next update. You know, like a housewarming gift or whatever.

We can’t wait to dominate Steam and play dirty with you guys, so let’s make sure you know everything you need to know to get back in-game.

To download Dirty Bomb from Steam:
- Check your email for your Steam closed beta key
- Log in to your Steam account
- Select "Games"
- Select "Activate a Product on Steam" and enter your Steam product key
- Download the game and have fun!

FAQ
-Where do I get my code for Steam?
-You will receive an email.

-How do I redeem my code?
-Select "Activate a Product on Steam" and enter your Steam product key

-When can we play?
-Right now! Go! HURRY!

-Help my key doesn’t work!
-Please email customersupport@nexon.net.

-What’s going to happen to the Nexon Launcher?
-Dirty Bomb will be available exclusively through Steam, but the Nexon Launcher is still home to all other Nexon titles.

-Does this outfit make me look fat?
-Of course not. You look beautiful.

-Which forums should I use?
-The quickest way to get information or direct contact with your community manager is through the Nexon forums here but of course you are welcome to use the Steam group which we will also be monitoring.

-Do I have to use my same account info that I used with the Nexon launcher?
-No. You will use your Steam account.

-Which customer support should I contact?

-Is my progress going to get wiped?
-Make the most of those Mercs, people! In the next phase of beta we’ll be restoring normality - Resetting progression and locking many of the Mercs. Don’t freak out, though. We’re setting up a regular rotation - You’ll get a chance to mess around with new Mercs all the time, whether unlocked or not. For helping us out in the Closed Beta, we’ll also be gifting you with free Credits to get going on those unlocks. No, really, you’re worth it.
We’ll give you a heads-up before we go ahead with the change.

So i am already in the closed beta in "nexon version" and u read that those people will also get access to the "steam version". How can i transfer my account?

You get the key via the same e-mail adress you used when you signed the beta and you probably should have got it by now, I got mine yesterday (Nov 6, Sweden, around 7:PM).

I was in the closed beta when Nexon launcher was required, but I have yet to get a steam key. Will I not necessarily get one even if I was in it before?

I messed up, I thought I had my account tied to my gmail, but it was tied to another email. I checked that email and found my code, haha.

What I did was checked which Nexon account I had my game on, then went to that email. I found it in spam for that.
